Your information, your circle, your choices. Here’s how Brimma handles the information you share.

What we collect
We collect account details (name, email, role and time zone), invitations and sharing preferences. We save what you enter: birth and family details, feeding and recovery information, mood check-ins, notes, care plans, reminders and saved moments. These may include sensitive health information. Service logs may record IP addresses, device details, timestamps and errors.
Why we use it
We use your information to run Brimma, save your entries, suggest care ideas, coordinate support, send account and invitation emails, and resolve technical problems. We do not sell your personal information or use your health entries for advertising.
What supporters can see
Joining your circle does not give someone access to all your private entries. Sharing depends on your choices and the app’s controls. Invitations identify the sender; shared care plans and care notes are visible to connected participants. Change permissions or remove connections in Settings. Copies already saved or received cannot be recalled.
Services we use
Supabase hosts accounts, saved information and files. Resend processes email addresses and message contents to deliver emails. Apple and Expo provide distribution and platform services. Providers receive information needed for their services and must protect it consistently with this policy. Processing may occur outside your country, including in the United States.
Your choices
Choose what to enter and share. You can edit available profile and sharing settings in the app. Optional reminders stay on your device; turn notification permission off in device settings. Brimma does not automatically access your camera, photos, contacts or microphone, or collect precise location. To request access, correction, export or withdrawal of consent, contact us below. We may verify your identity; rights depend on where you live.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep account information and entries while your account exists. In Settings, choose Delete account to permanently remove your account, owned entries and files, invitations, connections and related shared care records from the active service. Other people’s unrelated data remains. Delivered emails and recipients’ copies cannot be recalled. Provider backups and security or delivery logs may remain for their retention periods; deletions must be reapplied if backups are restored.
Brimma LLC provides postpartum support for adults. Parents may enter information about their baby. We update this policy as the service changes and communicate material changes through the app or email when appropriate.
